Service and scope
WISWAR creates digital profiles and shares selected information through links. It does not provide location tracking, diagnosis, or emergency dispatch. Writing NFC tags is not available in this phase.
Authority and responsibility
Only add your own data or data of someone you have valid legal authority and consent to represent. Keep information accurate and obtain contacts’ permission. Health information is optional and must not replace professional advice.
Acceptable use
Impersonation, unauthorized data collection, link abuse, and attempts to bypass account security are prohibited. Maintain control of your email and profile links.
Suspension and termination
You can deactivate the account, profiles, or links and revoke sharing consent. This stops access but does not automatically delete stored records. Deletion, support, disputes, and jurisdiction procedures require legal approval before launch.
Required before approval
- Operator identity, address, contact channel, and data protection contact.
- Lawful bases, dependent data handling, and sensitive-data impact assessment.
- Retention and deletion policy, rights procedures, and incident response.
- Processor and international transfer review, and final legal approval.
